Bill Clinton at the DNC
I watched the entirety of Bill Clinton's speech the DNC. It was vintage Clinton: folksy, powerful, rhetorically gifted, and truth-challenged. Still, it was very much in favor of Bill Clinton. When the crowd was shouting 'four more years' I felt they were asking for four more Clinton years. There was no chance of drunkblogging it, but the Vodkapundit had it covered.
I think it's rich that Clinton talked about arithmetic, when he had nothing to do with the policies that led to a balanced budget. After 1994, he pulled back, and Newt Gingrich was running the show. Ah well, memories fade …
