With the election almost two weeks in the past, there are still some who persist in dwelling on conspiracy theories and those who apparently intend to dwell in the fever swamps for some time. Charles Krauthammer has some bitter medicine for them.

Then there’s the long-delayed, final exit of corrupt NJ Governor Jim McGreevey who is still portaying himself as some sort of victim. Corruption, sexual harassment, graft, and abuse of power are his sins. Good riddance.

Meanwhile, the Dutch have awakened to the horrors of militant Islam, as the brutal murder of Theo van Gogh has profoundly shocked that small nation.

Rounding out is Victor Davis Hanson, with some thoughts on what Bush faces ahead.
